- Scope: Replacement of the 107-year-old rail bridge with a new rail bridge to span the proposed new four lane Oxley Road.
- Role: Fission was engaged to produce the BOQ, P50/P90 cost estimates, cash flow, risk analysis, construction program, construction methodology including temporary works. Fission developed a detailed methodology for pre-casting and installing a 1200t bridge deck unit.
